The website www.decentoud.ae (the “Website”) is owned and operated by or on behalf of Decent Oud (“Decent Oud/we/us”), with delivery services provided by the suitable courier or delivery arrangements. The United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile for Decent Oud. If you have any questions about the Website or these terms and conditions, or in the unlikely event you have any complaints about any products purchased from the Website or through any applications (as defined below), you can contact us at support@decentoud.ae
In case of any disputes, the applicable law will be based on UAE Governing Law.

If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website and Applications immediately. Note that some features on the Website may not be available on mobile devices or Applications.
These Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

- Decent Oud does not provide products or services to countries subject to OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE laws.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate, true, and not misleading. Notify our customer service team of any changes promptly.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or suspend access to the Website (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, without liability. Payments are accepted online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in the currency displayed on the Website. Cardholder details must match the ID of the credit card used for payment.
Linked Websites: The Website may contain links to external resources (“Linked Websites”). Decent Oud is not responsible for the content, availability, or use of Linked Websites and disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from them.

C. Purchase of Products
1. Acceptance of Orders:
1.1 All information on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat and is not a contractual offer. Submitting an order indicates your offer to purchase the listed products under these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance by Decent Oud, which may decline an order at its discretion. Examples include:
- Unavailable or incorrectly listed products.
- Payment authorization failure.
- Orders for multiple quantities shipped to differing addresses.
- Shipping restrictions.
- Inappropriate delivery addresses, such as freight forwarding services.
1.2 Upon submitting an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when you receive a shipment confirmation email confirming the dispatch of your order via Aramex Logistics Services.
2. Prices and Payments: 2.1 Prices listed are for the products only. Additional costs for shipping are outlined under Shipping Destinations, Weight, Costs, and Delivery Times. 2.2 Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
Free Shipping:
- Orders above 500 AED qualify for free shipping, with delivery within 2-3 working days. Refer to our shipping policies for more details.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is accepted in the currency displayed for the chosen shipping destination. The credit/debit card or payment method must belong to the customer, and all details provided must be accurate.
- Decent Oud is not liable for fees or currency conversion charges applied by your card issuer.
3. Delivery and Risk:
3.1 Products are delivered within UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. Orders placed outside working hours or on non-working days are processed the next business day. 3.2 Delivery details such as name, address, and contact number are stored solely for delivery purposes.
4. Cancellation and Returns:
4.1 Cancellation or return requests must comply with our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Age Requirements:
5.1 Products with age restrictions require customers to confirm they meet the age requirement. Decent Oud reserves the right to cancel orders if this requirement is not met.
