Delivery Policy

• Products are delivered within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
• Orders placed outside working hours or on non-working days are processed the next business day.
• UAE Delivery Fees is AED 40. Orders above 500 AED qualify for free shipping, with delivery within 2-3 working days. 
• Avoid any delivery delay by providing your complete address along with your contact details.
• The credit/debit card or payment method used must belong to the customer, and all details provided must be accurate.
• Decent Oud is not liable for fees or currency conversion charges applied by your card issuer.
• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
